• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Reporting, and Analytics. • Lead the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and post-implementation support. • Drive adoption, optimization, and transformation initiatives that maximize Workday capabilities and support evolving business needs. • Develop and maintain workforce analytics, KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of HRIS and/or Workday experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration across multiple functional areas. • Strong understanding of Workday architecture, including business processes, security, reporting, integrations, and data management. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, implementation plans, and system designs. • Ability to leverage Workday’s emerging AI/ML capabilities to improve HR processes, workforce insights, skills management, talent recommendations, and operational efficiency. • Active Workday certifications in Core HCM, Reporting, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, or related modules is preferred.
