📋 Description

• Develop tailor-made solution concepts together with customers • Maximize order intake, increase sales and realize target pricing • Support and advise customers to strengthen customer relationships • Prepare the annual customer plan and implement it at district level • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies • Identify customer needs, prepare quotations and deliver on-site presentations • Lead the account team and take responsibility for campaigns • Draft and conclude purchase agreements and maintain sales data

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on business administration, marketing, medical technology or a comparable field • Several years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in patient monitoring, or in a B2B environment • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented working style • Self-initiative and readiness to take responsibility • Creative and solution-oriented approach to work • Negotiation-level German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
