📋 Description

• Develop advanced training modules and educational materials that enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction, supporting effective onboarding and continuous professional development. • Communicate effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users, delivering impactful training sessions, technical support, and educational resources that promote proficient use of Philips' products and services. • Document meticulously and provides detailed reporting on application implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless project management and regulatory compliance. • Adapt clinical applications to customer-specific workflows and operational requirements • Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and clinical outcomes • Provide expert clinical and technical guidance during system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects • Build strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, and key stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and Philips policies throughout implementation activities • Collect customer feedback and clinical insights to support continuous improvement and future innovation • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Management, and Clinical Education teams across Europe • Contribute to the development of colleagues by sharing best practices and clinical expertise

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or minimum 3 years with a Master's degree, in Clinical Applications, MRI, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related healthcare technology field • Strong MRI clinical knowledge and understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows • Experience delivering clinical training, customer education, or application support • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers • A customer-focused mindset and passion for improving patient care through technology • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage • Willingness to travel across Europe
