• Support the MR business across Europe. • Work closely with clinical teams, the sales organization, and customers to drive solution adoption. • Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the region. • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference sites across Europe. • Strengthen and advance the knowledge and expertise of the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) community across the region. • Develop advanced training modules and educational materials to enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction. • Communicate effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users. • Adapt clinical applications to customer-specific workflows and operational requirements. • Provide expert clinical and technical guidance during system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or minimum 3 years with a Master's degree, in Clinical Applications, MRI, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related healthcare technology field. • Strong MRI clinical knowledge and understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows. • Experience delivering clinical training, customer education, or application support. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. • A customer-focused mindset and passion for improving patient care through technology. • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
