• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers in Denmark’s southern region, particularly Odense • Coordinate installation and upgrade activities for patient monitoring equipment • Lead complex project tasks and ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Provide expert guidance on technical and operational matters and resolve advanced issues • Develop and implement project plans with cross-functional teams • Coordinate resources and achieve project milestones • Analyze project performance data and metrics to optimize outcomes and customer value • Evaluate risks, issues, and change requests and collaborate on mitigation strategies • Maintain customer trust and service continuity in hospital environments
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing demanding, customer-facing projects • Healthcare or hospital environment experience preferred • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering • Excellent written and spoken Danish and English • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal skills and accountability for delivery • Ability to work independently across Denmark • Willingness to travel nationwide as required • Valid B driving licence • Ideally based in southern Denmark, such as Odense
