• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair for medical technology products across the Huelva province and Seville datacenter • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, accurately diagnosing issues and implementing solutions in line with regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and company protocols • Support the installation, maintenance, repair, routine checks, and performance validation of medical devices • Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries and complaints professionally, communicating clearly on service status and timelines, and escalating more complex issues when needed
• You hold a High School Diploma or Vocational Education • Experience in system administration, technical troubleshooting, and supporting customers in a service-oriented environment • Confident drafting clear technical documentation and maintaining accurate service records, including diagnostics, resolutions, and parts used • Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders • Willing to travel around 30% of your time across the Huelva province, with additional travel required to the datacenter located in Seville
• Work with limited supervision and autonomy • Develop your technical expertise through hands-on support of senior technicians during advanced procedures and ongoing training on new products, service procedures, and compliance expectations
