📋 Description

• Independently perform remote activities with partially known troubleshooting paths • Cross-technology analysis of root causes and determine the appropriate solution considering clinical, financial and technical impacts • Develop solutions when necessary, balancing customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness • Maintain close contact with customers and actively manage escalations through professional communication • Perform technical modifications (e.g., Field Change Orders) on medical devices • Support handling of escalations up to Level 2 (including action plans) • Provide virtual guidance to field service during repairs and Field Change Orders on-site • Instruct users on-site and remotely (systems, networks, configuration of current technologies, etc.) • Document and report safety-relevant defects or risks in accordance with the Customer Feedback process

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training, technical college or degree in Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field • Several years of experience in technical IGT service, including application knowledge • End-to-end process understanding in the R2R area, taking into account all applied tools • Good IT and network knowledge • Good internal and external communication skills • Resilient and a strong team player • Structured working style and high standards for documentation • Strong customer management and escalation management skills • Business-fluent German and English
