• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across Poland • Drive sales growth and support the execution of strategic initiatives within our healthcare portfolio • Maximize order intake, sales results, and price realization • Identify business opportunities within the assigned portfolio and provide value‑adding solutions • Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies for H&AM • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals • Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth cooperation with key customers • Collaborate cross‑functionally to address complex customer needs and ensure high satisfaction
• University degree (medical background is a plus) • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in capital equipment or healthcare • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Good command of English and Polish • High business acumen and ability to work independently • Willingness to travel intensively • Experience with CRM, market analysis, and creating sales proposals is an advantage
