📋 Description

• Support (Key) Account Managers in the sales process as a product expert for devices, software, solutions and services • Create customer-specific product configurations, service models and pricing proposals • Prepare quotes and sell products, upgrades and consumables to existing customers • Collaborate and maintain ongoing exchange with colleagues from Applications, Service and Clinical Science • Conduct proposal presentations and negotiations • Deliver product demonstrations, training and convey product and market knowledge at external events and customer visits • Develop sales strategies, needs analyses and sales targets in assigned districts/areas of responsibility • Develop local sales concepts for product positioning within the team • Monitor competitors and provide feedback for product portfolio expansion in cooperation with R&D • Handle customer complaints and inquiries • Work with (software) Customer Service to drive continuous improvement • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and manage leads

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree (technical, business administration, medical) or long-standing clinical experience (with specialist training or research) • Several years of professional experience in sales of medical systems, solutions and/or consulting (healthcare) • Ideally: experience in medical capital equipment, IT or a clinical/medical environment • Very good knowledge of healthcare processes and solid medical knowledge • Ideally strong IT skills, especially in healthcare informatics and eHealth • Enjoy working with customers and possess negotiation and communication skills • High level of initiative and goal orientation • Analytical thinking • Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues to the appropriate channels • Willingness to travel and strong commitment • Motivation to work independently and organize efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern IT and communication tools • Fluent German and English
