• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding Philips’ market presence. • Ensure customer success through consultative solution selling. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Philips as the dedicated partner for pathology digitization and diagnostic innovation. • Drive growth of the Philips Digital Pathology portfolio across the CEE region. • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data integrity for full visibility across the sales cycle. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, laboratories, academic institutions, and private diagnostic providers. • Lead consultative discussions with pathologists, IT specialists, procurement teams, and hospital administrators to understand customer needs. • Present compelling technical and clinical value propositions demonstrating Philips’ impact on diagnostic accuracy, workflow efficiency, and multi-site collaboration. • Support tender and proposal processes with competitive intelligence and strategic pricing recommendations. • Work closely with Clinical and Marketing teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and coordinate reference site visits. • Collaborate with Service and Implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Sales, Medical Engineering, Healthcare IT or a related field • Clinical exposure in Pathology laboratories • 3 - 5 years of experience in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent • Excel in stakeholder management and collaboration, forging strong partnerships across diverse groups • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills • Positive, structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline. • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to Romanian language • Flexible and willing to travel within and outside Romania
