• Minimum 3 years of direct hospital sales experience • Medical Capital equipment sales experience (highly preferred) • Proven sales experience including ability to effectively prospect and pipeline, acquire new business, account manage, and effectively manage your assigned territory/funnel to meet quota/goals • Must have a hunter mindset and thrive in the business development tasks • Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent • Must be a team player and have excellent communication- including strategic presentations up to c-suite
