• Structured preparation for the permanent target role of Account Manager in Health Systems • Gain insight into the entire Health Systems sales ecosystem, including customer management, proposal processes, and contract negotiation • Support day-to-day sales operations and work closely with experienced Account Managers • Take on responsibility early and independently manage customer and sales-related tasks • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and account strategies • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Service, Clinical Specialists, and Finance • Participate in training, coaching, and hands-on learning programs • Create and maintain key account plans
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant professional experience, preferably with a technical or business background • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and connect the dots • Team player with resilience and a professional approach to both successes and setbacks • Analytical and structured approach to work • Hands-on mentality, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility • Excellent German and English skills • Willingness to travel as part of sales activities • Previous experience in a clinical environment and/or sales is an advantage • Career changers are welcome, including candidates with a background as a radiologic technologist (RT), a secondary school-leaving qualification (Matura), and/or a university degree
