📋 Description
• Deliver advanced technical service support expertise to customers • Manage inbound calls from customers and provide initial remote diagnosis for DXR devices • Proactive monitoring of systems to achieve zero downtime • Escalate technical issues and support infield engineers with technical knowledge
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant degree in engineering or technical trade • Previous experience within Medical devices is highly regarded but not mandatory • Prior experience in maintaining and troubleshooting DXR systems or complex technical equipment is valued • Strong communication skills and integrity in customer service • Savvy IT skills and experience with Microsoft products • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
