📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers and field partners • Deliver timely and accurate troubleshooting support as a Philips representative • Resolve service issues using internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources • Escalate complex product issues to higher-level support • Utilize remote capabilities to efficiently resolve issues and reduce onsite service dispatch

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Philips imaging systems • 1+ years of experience with structured query language and Windows servers • Skills in computer networking • Skills in technical solutions authoring • Ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues • Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline preferred • Must be able to perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
