• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap. • Identify and implement opportunities to apply automation, AI, and data-driven decision support across operational workflows. • Own and evolve system architecture to support operational efficiency and scalability. • Design and manage integrations across systems that support logistics operations, finance, and customer workflows. • Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization. • Drive end-to-end change management for system implementations and enhancements. • Develop and execute strategies to ensure strong user adoption across operational teams. • Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and capable of supporting business growth. • Lead and mentor a small internal technology team. • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership. • Occasionally engage with clients on technical capabilities and system-driven improvements.
• 7-12+ years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or business systems within operational environments. • Strong experience with enterprise SaaS ecosystems, systems architecture, and integrations. • Some experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (integration, CRM, Apex, etc). • Experience Leading Technology Transformation / Digital Transformation in lean environments. • Demonstrated success driving change management and user adoption across teams. • Experience designing and managing integrations across multiple systems. • Experience working within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments. • Exposure to international freight operations, such as ocean, air, and multi-leg shipments, is a strong advantage. • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. • Proven ability to operate in a lean, hands-on environment.
