📋 Description

• Own email marketing campaigns, flows, and newsletter-list growth • Develop ad-copy angles, hooks, and headlines for paid campaigns • Write website copy for product pages, landing pages, and conversion-focused content • Shape and maintain the brand voice and messaging • Help grow the brand and sharpen its positioning through messaging, angles, and campaign ideas • Analyze revenue, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases, and campaign performance to guide content decisions • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and development teams • Use AI tools to scale content output while maintaining quality • Apply SEO and GEO best practices • For full-time employment, manage the complete social-media content process from ideation through shooting and editing

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native German with flawless grammar and strong tone instincts • At least 1 year of content marketing experience; e-commerce or DTC experience preferred • Ability to recognize effective advertising and newsletter content and understand current content trends • Analytical ability to read campaign performance, identify what works, form hypotheses, and revise copy • Demonstrated AI proficiency with concrete examples of gains in speed and quality • Ownership mindset with ability to set and meet deadlines independently • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented • Strong, proactive communication skills • Evidence of execution through writing samples, campaigns, projects, or brand work • Familiarity with email CRMs such as Klaviyo or similar preferred • Previous SEO/GEO experience preferred • Basic content production skills, including shooting and editing, preferred • English level of at least C1
