📋 Description

• Own end-to-end strategy, setup, and continuous optimization of programmatic media buys through DSPs • Monitor spend efficiency and creative performance • Independently investigate platform-level technical issues, including tracking discrepancies, delivery problems, and campaign configuration issues • Own client relationships, day-to-day communication, deliverables, and hands-on execution of agreed strategies • Lead client meetings and educate clients beyond reporting • Communicate accurate causes of issues, including issues caused by internal setup or execution • Apply mobile-app paid user acquisition expertise involving SDKs, SKAN, MMPs, and the DSP/SSP landscape • Translate performance data into learnings about messages, angles, and formats • Brief the creative team and discuss creative direction as a peer • Analyze monthly metrics, set targets, analyze trends, and identify concerns or opportunities • Build or read dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio • Guide Client POCs and junior team members while retaining individual account ownership • Investigate problems, propose actions, follow through, and close the loop with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Solid app-specific paid user acquisition fluency, including SDKs, SKAN, MMP concepts, and the DSP/SSP landscape • Hands-on DSP/programmatic campaign management experience • Independent data interpretation skills and ability to make recommendations grounded in numbers • Strong written and verbal client communication skills • Confidence leading client meetings and educating clients beyond reporting • Demonstrated track record of proactive ownership • Genuine interest in programmatic as a channel • Comfort in an individual account-ownership role rather than a team-leadership role • Hands-on experience with DV360 specifically is a nice-to-have • Hands-on experience with at least one MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar), including reading and troubleshooting attribution data, is a nice-to-have
