📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team. • Hire, mentor, and support software engineers and QA professionals while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. • Drive successful software delivery. • Champion responsible AI adoption. • Build and maintain great software. • Own product health. • Promote engineering excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required. • 8+ years of experience building and supporting highly distributed software applications. • 3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams. • 3+ years of project management experience delivering successful software releases. • Deep experience building and supporting highly distributed applications using Microsoft .NET (C#) or Java. • Passionate about developing and growing engineering talent through coaching and mentorship. • Experience designing, building, or integrating AI agents and LLM-powered workflows into production systems. • Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, web services, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with QA automation tooling and leveraging AI-assisted tools to orchestrate testing and unit test generation. • Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills. • Experience managing contractors and external vendors.
