📋 Description

• Headhunt top profiles in Sales, Marketing, and Support functions by sourcing and reaching out to talent after identifying needs with team leaders and hiring managers • Assess applications, manage candidate screening, and conduct pre-qualification interviews for assigned positions • Provide an excellent candidate experience and apply competency-based assessment methodology • Proactively engage and manage internal stakeholders by coaching and sharing best practices with hiring managers • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment and/or experience in Go-to-market/commercial/business profile hiring • Mixed agency/search and internal TA experience • Headhunting experience honed through best-in-class Sales-led organisations • Entrepreneurial mindset; hands-on approach • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a structured way using productivity tools • Curiosity and ability to learn and work autonomously • Pragmatic, analytical, rigorous problem-solving approach • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in English
