📋 Description

• Manage project execution across GRC initiatives and other internal business projects as needed. • Drive project productivity by identifying blockers, maintaining momentum, and ensuring timely follow-through. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to align priorities and deliverables. • Use project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms to organize work and track progress. • Support ticketing and service management workflows using tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems. • Serve as a technical project management partner for technology implementation and process improvement initiatives. • Maintain clear project documentation, calendars, meeting notes, timelines, action items, and status updates. • Help evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools or AI-enabled processes to improve project execution and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams. • Technical project management experience supporting technology implementation or process improvement projects. • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms. • Experience with ticketing or service management tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems. • Strong organization skills with the ability to keep workstreams moving and stakeholders accountable. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, calendaring, and day-to-day business productivity tools. • Interest in AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, and practical applications of AI in project management. • PMP certification preferred but not required.
