📋 Description
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans • Lead and motivate project teams • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards • Drive documentation, reporting, and communication • Manage risks, changes, and deviations • Conduct project closure activities • Work in a fast-paced, global environment • Execute strategic sales initiatives • Coordinate stakeholders and steer project planning and execution across Seco’s global Sales organization • Ensure initiatives deliver on time, on budget, and to specification • Report to the Sales PMO Manager
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of project management experience • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Strong project management skills • Change management skills • Communication skills • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data • Comfortable working in virtual, multicultural, and global teams • Fluent in English • PMP, Agile, or IPMA certifications preferred • Ability to prioritize, execute initiatives, and inspire others
