📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional onboarding engagements for commercial and enterprise customers from post-sale through full adoption • Manage timelines, technical dependencies, and strategic milestones • Establish project plans, governance frameworks, status updates, and executive QBRs • Deliver a white-glove onboarding experience that accelerates time-to-value and supports long-term customer health • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Product Engineering, and other teams • Identify deployment bottlenecks and technical risks and develop mitigation strategies • Travel as needed to meet enterprise customer stakeholders on-site, facilitate workshops, and build executive relationships • Refine and scale onboarding playbooks, tools, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, project management, or technical account management in a B2B SaaS environment • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills • Experience managing multiple complex enterprise projects simultaneously • Understanding of enterprise IT, identity management, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure • Customer-focused approach to solving challenges and driving success • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% or as required for on-site enterprise client meetings • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment • Preferred: experience with Identity and Access Management, Directory Services, or Device Management solutions • Preferred: enterprise customer-facing management consulting or professional services experience
