📋 Description

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure • Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps • Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution • Prepare Weekly Status Reports, Executive Dashboards, and Project Health Reports • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of IT Project Management experience • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • PMP, PRINCE2 certifications preferred • Experience managing software implementation, digital transformation, RPA, AI, or automation projects • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies • Experience with one or more RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate) • Tools experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Asana • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint
