📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte’s platform • Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues • Act as a liaison between Egnyte’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success • Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress • Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing projects in Customer Facing Implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization • Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management • Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills • Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources • Experience handling escalations at all levels • A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology • Understanding of technology relative to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud highly desirable • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferred
