📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute data center networking projects from initiation through delivery • Execute projects end-to-end and resolve or escalate problems in a timely manner • Track a high volume of projects, milestones, timelines, deliverables, issues, and blockers • Manage cross-functional teams and technical projects • Research root causes using internal tools and synthesize information for partner teams • Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders • Account for risks and help provide risk mitigation strategies • Partner with functional teams during initiation, deployment, and post-deployment phases • Create proposed solutions when no step-by-step guide is provided • Provide regular project status updates in scheduled meetings and as needed • Recommend or implement process improvements based on post-project results and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Stable internal working relationships • Ability to follow standard practices and procedures when analyzing situations or data • Understanding of project management teams, conflict resolution, and meeting schedule timelines • Excellent verbal, written, and documentation communication skills • Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently • Self-starter able to quickly learn new tools and become familiar with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance • Familiarity with creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation • Strong observational and analytical skills • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to track and report metrics and manage risks • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives • Ability to perform office-related tasks, including prolonged sitting or standing • Ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Ability to use a computer • Ability to communicate effectively • Various certifications, change management knowledge, and familiarity with project management methodologies preferred
