• Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide • Handle inbound calls and follow up to close sales • Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience • Identify customer needs and provide coverage recommendations • Achieve individual sales performance goals • Stay current on carrier guidelines, systems, and product offerings
