📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and trust • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks • Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use • Manage a multi-zip-code territory within 45 Minutes of Portland, Maine, with up to 80% driving time • Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment always

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field • Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components • Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation • Familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred) • Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred)
