• The Regional Sales Leader (RSL) is responsible for building and managing Pivot Bio’s success on a regional level. • Leads regional sales efforts and develops employees. • Manages channel partners and provides critical on-the-ground perspectives regarding product supply management. • Fosters relationships with key clients and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with internal business units.
• 10+ years of experience in the agriculture sector, with 5+ years in people management. • Strong understanding of financial planning, marketing strategies, and forecasting in the agriculture industry. • Experience with ag input practices, including in-furrow and seed treatment processes. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
