📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and respond to enterprise customer issues related to the PIX4Dcatch mobile app • Work with developers to report and track bugs and recommend feature improvements • Coordinate with global customer service as the PIX4Dcatch product expert • Inform sales, marketing, customer success teams, and key customer accounts about new features and updates • Organize product update communications, client webinars, and support documentation • Coordinate beta testing with key B2B accounts and gather early feedback • Communicate customer feedback to the product development team and follow up on customer dialogues • Monitor product adoption and usage to support or refute qualitative insights and shape the product roadmap • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify product development opportunities • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PIX4Dcatch and support sales, customer service, and customer success teams • Coordinate development of defined, low-complexity features in PIX4Dcatch and across product teams • Interface with clients, developers, UX designers, and the product manager

🎯 Requirements

• A technical bachelor's degree with some geospatial focus or a related field; or equivalent practical experience • A strong product-centric profile unrelated to geospatial will be equally considered • Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in B2B SaaS, ideally in an Associate Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Success, or Product Operations role • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2) • Proficient with product development, analytics and/or technical support tools (eg. Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Mixpanel) • A plus if you have experience with GIS systems, using RTK rovers, and/or mobile application product lifecycle • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain product expertise • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts effectively
