• Lead, manage, and expand domestic wholesale accounts. • Assist in the sales order entry process, providing sales support, and delivering exceptional customer service. • Work closely with the global wholesale team to roll out new products, set pricing, and distribute marketing materials. • Monthly travel required to achieve sales and growth targets defined by management. • Maintain strong relationships with accounts through outreach campaigns. • Ensure Wholesale orders for designated regions are processed accurately in the ERP system. • Liaise with Operations team to ensure customer orders are moving through necessary channels. • Monitor Open Order & Backorder Reports and provide customer follow-up. • Collaboratively work with the accounting team to ensure accounts are paying on time.
• BA/BS degree preferred • 2+ years of previous Outside Sales experience, supporting Wholesale Accounts preferred • Experienced in running successful phone/email outreach campaigns • History of traveling throughout the USA, visiting key accounts, lead training sessions, relationship building • Demonstrated self-starter, and comfortable working in fast paced environment • Possess a high level of self-motivation, accountability, use of sound judgement and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done • Strong attention to detail and experience accurately entering data/sales orders • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM & ERP system knowledge.
