📋 Description

• Work on innovative projects in a dynamic environment • Shape architecture, code quality, performance and scalability • Closely collaborate with Product Owner, UX/UI, QA and other stakeholders in an agile, cross-functional team • Promote best practices such as Clean Code, testing, CI/CD and code reviews • Provide technical mentorship to less experienced developers on the team • Strategically evolve the technical vision and actively help shape the product roadmap • Responsible for resource planning, prioritizing technical topics and continuous process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years (5+) of experience in software development • At least 2 years of production experience with Angular • Experience with Nx-based Angular monorepos using NgRx and Domain-Driven Design • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices and API design • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS / GCP) • Willingness and motivation to contribute to backend development (Go) — ideally you already have practical experience; otherwise a clear readiness to learn quickly • High initiative, pragmatic problem-solving and good team communication • Enjoy sharing knowledge and providing technical support to less experienced colleagues • Business-fluent German (minimum C1).
