📋 Description

• Lead a team of four to six frontend developers and support their individual and collective development • Stay up to date with technology trends and share knowledge with colleagues • Collaborate with the team on modern web applications for long-standing enterprise customers • Act in the roles of developer, coach, motivator, sparring partner and technical lead as required • Own the architecture and technical direction of the team and product • Analyze customer requirements, design tailored solutions and implement them in close cooperation with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in enterprise web development using JavaScript/TypeScript • Ideally, experience with React, GraphQL and related technologies • Ideally, familiarity with .NET backends and .NET projects • Experience in professionally leading software developers • Preferably, initial experience with line (disciplinary) management • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum • Ability to operate confidently in an agile environment and to inspire others • Decisiveness and willingness to make decisions • Open and clear communication style • Very good German language skills
