📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls within 5 seconds • Respond to inquiries within 8 business hours • Make warm calls to prospective clients • Conduct consultative sales conversations • Close over-the-phone sales opportunities • Qualify leads and protect attorney time • Build rapport and understand prospective clients' situations • Determine whether the firm is the right fit • Guide qualified prospects toward scheduling or retaining legal services • Prepare client agreements and supporting documentation • Maintain accurate CRM records • Learn and utilize technology platforms • Balance administrative tasks with excellent client service • Deliver an exceptional client experience on every interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience; inside sales or telesales preferred • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Ability to handle rejection professionally and demonstrate resilience • Highly coachable and committed to continuous improvement • Confident and professional communication • Exceptional attention to detail • Flawless written and spoken US English • Ability to learn new software quickly • Ability to maintain focus while working independently from home • Competitive mindset and ownership of results • Windows 11 or newer computer • Minimum 16 GB RAM • 500 GB SSD or larger • Intel Core i5 10th Generation processor or equivalent minimum • External mouse • Webcam • Quality headset with microphone • UPS or inverter for uninterrupted power • Fiber or equivalent internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps • Uncapped internet service • Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not acceptable
