📋 Description

• Coordinate marketing projects, deliverables, sponsorships, and deadlines with agencies, vendors, contractors, and marketing partners • Draft, edit, and proofread newsletters, client communications, blog content, and external marketing materials • Create and edit on-brand graphics, advertisements, presentations, videos, and other materials for social media, digital campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives • Maintain marketing contact lists, audience segments, CRM data, and referral-partner records • Monitor and support the firm’s social media presence • Review and reconcile leads, calls, and web forms from Google Local Services Ads, the firm’s website, and other sources • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution in Lawmatics • Coordinate with Intake Leadership to resolve data discrepancies • Compile lead and marketing performance data for reporting and return-on-investment analysis • Maintain attorney profiles, memberships, and referral-service listings, including registrations, renewals, payments, and related records • Research marketing and business development opportunities • Coordinate client and referral-partner gifts • Update the Marketing Manual • Provide administrative and cross-functional team support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing, marketing coordination, or marketing support experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable spelling and grammar • Demonstrated graphic design skills • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, or comparable design and video-editing tools • Understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand consistency • Ability to create professional digital and print marketing materials • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to track deadlines, maintain accurate records, anticipate issues, and follow through consistently • Collaborative, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn about the firm’s practice areas, clients, and business development goals • Enthusiasm for learning new software, including Lawmatics, and adopting technology, AI tools, and efficiency workflows • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain focused, productive, and accountable in a remote environment • Computer with Windows 11 or newer, 16 GB RAM minimum, 500 GB SSD or larger, Intel Core i5 10th Generation processor or equivalent minimum, external mouse, webcam, and quality headset with microphone, or willingness and ability to obtain these within two weeks of start date • UPS or inverter for uninterrupted power, or willingness and ability to obtain it within two weeks of start date • Fiber or equivalent internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps, uncapped service, and Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not acceptable • Resume submitted as a PDF • Cover letter explaining why the applicant wants to join the PJI Law team • Creative portfolio showcasing designed graphics, flyers, social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, videos, or other visual content • Video of no more than 2 minutes answering the marketing question provided in the application
