📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, calendars, and interview panels • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely, clear communication • Maintain candidate records and pipeline hygiene in Greenhouse ATS • Support job requisition postings, job board management, and interview logistics • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving and flag bottlenecks • Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience touchpoints • Own full-cycle recruiting for the Sales Development Representative pipeline, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support • Partner with Sales leadership on hiring needs, role scope, and team goals • Build and manage an SDR candidate pipeline through sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications • Conduct initial candidate screens • Track and report SDR funnel metrics • Deliver a consistent candidate experience for SDR applicants

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, HR, or a related administrative/operations role • Some exposure to full-cycle recruiting or a strong desire to grow into it • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS required • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in Sales/GTM hiring
