📋 Description

• Provide functional consulting and support for SAP PM/MM processes across incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements • Configure and maintain SAP PM functions including equipment, task lists, maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, confirmations, and settlement where applicable • Configure and support SAP MM functions including material master impacts, purchasing, PR/PO processes, goods receipt, invoice verification basics, and MRP touchpoints • Enable end-to-end maintenance execution involving planning, reservations, procurement, issue/return, and cost capture to orders, WBS, and cost centres • Support plant maintenance and stores integration, including catalogues, spare-parts strategy, re-ordering, valuation, and inventory processes • Prepare functional specifications for reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows, coordinating delivery with ABAP and technical teams • Execute and support unit, SIT, and UAT testing, defect triage, cutover preparation, release deployment, test scripts, and training materials • Provide production support, root cause analysis, data correction guidance, and user assistance; coordinate with Basis/security teams • Maintain configuration workbooks, SOPs/runbooks, process maps, and functional documentation • Deliver knowledge transfer to users and support teams • Identify continuous improvement opportunities involving process simplification, mobility/Fiori adoption, automation, service improvement, and release planning • Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Procurement stakeholders across energy and utilities client environments within an ITIL-managed services framework

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting SAP PM and SAP MM on SAP ECC • Strong SAP PM knowledge: equipment, functional locations, BOMs, measuring points/counters, notifications, corrective and preventive orders, permits/isolation touchpoints, task lists, maintenance plans/strategies, scheduling, confirmations/time, cost settlement, technical completion, and PM reporting • Strong SAP MM knowledge: PR, PO, goods receipt, invoice verification exposure, inventory management, goods movements, reservations, stock types, physical inventory basics, material master fundamentals, and organizational structures • Understanding of PM–MM, PM–FI/CO, and basic WM/EWM integration • Testing and delivery skills including development/testing, defect management, and change/release processes • Ability to create functional specifications, configuration workbooks, user guides, and training materials • Production support in a 24x7 critical environment desirable • ITIL concepts and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/Jira desirable • Standard PM/MM reports and embedded analytics familiarity desirable • SAP S/4HANA PM/MM exposure desirable • Utilities sector experience desirable
