📋 Description

• Responsible for financial accounting and report directly to the Head of Finance. • Ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. • Continuously analyze and optimize accounting processes and further develop the chart of accounts with a future-oriented approach. • Support the establishment of an independent financial accounting function and oversee the migration from DATEV to our internal ERP system. • Ensure smooth operations, support the team in day-to-day tasks, and guarantee timely and high-quality handling of all accounting responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed advanced training as a certified balance sheet accountant (IHK) or a degree in business administration with a focus on finance/accounting. • Several years of solid professional experience taking responsibility for the financial accounting of a manufacturing company, ideally with large warehousing structures, as well as experience in cross-departmental structuring and optimization of accounting-related processes. • Experience with DATEV, Dynamics/Navision or comparable accounting software, and MS Office — especially Excel. • Strong numerical affinity, structured way of working and a good understanding of accounting relationships. • Independent, precise working style with readiness to take responsibility for specific work areas. • Strong communication skills, reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork.
