📋 Description

• Identify, analyze and maintain system requirements in accordance with international standards, customer requirements and company policies • Structure and classify requirements across the company so they are unambiguous, testable, traceable and understandable (including identification of duplicate requirements) • Close coordination with the customer on questions regarding their requirements • Maintain all requirements documentation • Ensure that design-driven change requests (internal/external) are aligned with customer requirements • Prepare impact analyses for external and internal change requests • Define and derive concrete customer requirements for supplier specifications (requirements documents) • Support planning and execution of reviews and approvals to verify and monitor compliance with requirements • Close coordination with the configuration manager • Support all departments (Sales, Service, ILS) in identifying, analyzing and maintaining system requirements throughout the entire lifecycle (support service management, support ILS manager) • Organize and conduct internal review processes with relevant stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent qualification • Experience in requirements engineering within system business and with requirements engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, CodeBeamer) • Preferably a Requirements Engineering certification (e.g., IREB) • Strong technical affinity • Analytical and logical thinking skills • Good abstraction skills • Strong personal presence and assertiveness • Excellent written and spoken English
