It streamlines court scheduling, bookings, payments, POS, membership management, mobile check-in, and player engagement while providing analytics and integrations to help clubs, franchises, and multi-location operators grow revenue and optimize space utilization. The platform offers branded iOS/Android/web apps, waitlists and priority access, integrated payment processing, and tools for events, lessons, and pro-shop sales.

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design for small and medium features, from problem framing through high-fidelity, production-ready UI • Design operator tools for racquet clubs and consumer and marketplace products for players • Design across web and mobile products alongside product squads • Create flows covering edge cases, empty states, error states, and non-happy paths • Apply, maintain, and extend the design system with new components and patterns • Explain and defend design decisions to product and engineering using user needs and data • Partner with engineering through build and QA to ensure shipped work matches the design • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, operational teams, sales representatives, and marketing from problem framing through launch • Bring proposals and defend them to senior stakeholders when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including thinking, flows, and edge cases • Strong craft fundamentals in layout, hierarchy, interaction patterns, and applying common patterns • Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma, including components, variants, and shared patterns • Ability to independently own scoped projects, manage bandwidth, and flag risks early • Clear communication and ability to present work with a narrative and defend decisions to product and engineering • English and Spanish communication ideally • Experience designing SaaS or operational tools for diverse users and non-technical people is nice to have • Experience designing for both web and mobile is nice to have • Track record of designing for accessibility and accommodating a range of devices and states is nice to have • Familiarity and track record of experimenting with AI tools to improve design workflows is nice to have
