📋 Description

• Architect and build core payments infrastructure across online, in-person, and recurring billing flows • Own the reliability of money movement: idempotency, webhook processing, failure recovery, and reconciliation • Drive PCI DSS scope hygiene and keep financial systems auditable and observable • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ship features clubs depend on

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building backend systems in production environments with focus on payments or financial systems • Hands-on production experience with Adyen • 3+ years of demonstrable Ruby on Rails experience in production environments • Familiarity with Checkout, Terminal API, tokenization, webhooks, or Adyen for Platforms • Proven ability to operate high-availability services: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and postmortems • Strong written and spoken English
