📋 Description

• Own development of core game systems and features from technical design through implementation and delivery • Take end-to-end ownership of technical areas and features • Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize game performance, stability, memory usage, and responsiveness across mobile devices • Develop and optimize experiences for iOS and Android • Identify technical bottlenecks and implement solutions improving game quality, performance, and scalability • Leverage AI tools for coding, debugging, research, documentation, and problem-solving • Work with the CTO, Product, and other disciplines to translate product goals and player needs into technical solutions • Establish and maintain clean, maintainable code and contribute to architecture, engineering practices, and processes • Share knowledge, contribute to code reviews, and mentor other engineers when appropriate • Adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality features and releases on time

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional game development experience, including hands-on experience building and shipping mobile games • Strong expertise in Unity3D and C# • Deep understanding of game development patterns, architecture, and engineering best practices • Proven experience developing and optimizing Unity games for iOS and Android • Strong experience profiling and optimizing mobile game performance • Strong sense of ownership and ability to take problems from identification through solution and delivery without constant direction • Practical, analytical approach to technical challenges • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities and requirements • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies in everyday development • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional partners in English
