Pluralis Research is a foundational AI research lab focused on Protocol Learning — decentralized, multi‑participant training of foundation models where no single participant holds a full copy of the model. The group develops methods to enable communication‑efficient model and pipeline parallelism, unextractable collaborative models, and high‑compression context parallelism so community‑trained, community‑owned frontier models can scale over low‑bandwidth, internet‑connected devices. Their work targets practical systems and algorithms that make decentralized training competitive with centralized training while enabling new ownership and economic models.

📋 Description

• Own and drive go-to-market strategy and execution, supporting growth and partnerships initiatives • Build and maintain operational infrastructure, including processes, tooling, and reporting • Identify and fix broken operational systems and integrations • Work on strategic projects across partnerships, community, marketing, and ecosystem development • Directly support the founder and Chief of Staff in day-to-day business operations • Take ownership of the most important task on any given week • Manage campaigns directly with the CEO • Engage with contributors and collaborate with a distributed team across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in tier-1 management consulting, high-growth startup operations, or venture capital • Demonstrated bias toward action and ability to work with high agency • Strong analytical toolkit, including building models, analyzing data, and synthesizing findings into clear recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Genuine interest in AI, decentralized systems, or frontier technology • Professional-level English proficiency, written and spoken • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with a diverse, distributed group • Full working rights in Australia • Experience with highly complex technical infrastructure is a bonus
