📋 Description

• Deploy and manage cloud resources such as servers, networks, firewalls, databases and load balancers • Design and implement architectures focused on security, stability, scalability and reliability • Support development and security teams in defining infrastructure • Monitor environments and provide operational support • Participate in the on-call rotation (18x7 shifts) • Keep team documentation up to date • Automate infrastructure and support tasks • Program infrastructure as code while keeping code secure, updated and documented • Work alongside developers during application deploy cycles and in incident war rooms • Provide feedback, metric insights and data analysis to development teams • Automate continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines • Produce reports on performance, availability and reliability metrics of services

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with public clouds such as AWS and/or GCP • Experience with container runtimes/engines such as Docker, containerd and/or Podman • Experience with IaC and GitOps tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef and/or Puppet • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI and/or GitHub Actions • Strong knowledge of administration and troubleshooting of Linux and/or Windows operating systems • Strong skills in scripting languages, primarily Bash and PowerShell • Good knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Fluentd and/or Elasticsearch • Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems • Knowledge of administration and troubleshooting of web servers such as NGINX, Apache and/or IIS • Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP and HTTP • Automation and continuous improvement mindset • Nice to have: knowledge of GKE, AWS EKS or AWS ECS; experience working in DevOps environments; proficiency in Python, Ruby or Go; advanced knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server
