📋 Description

• apply advanced specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans • support the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans • ensure compliance with loan document and accurate processing of transactions • analyze and interpret complex loan agreements • review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve account disbursements • assist in the preparation of periodic reporting including investor, internal and regulatory reports • perform covenant compliance testing • maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system • support the onboarding of new loans and the transition of paid-off or transferred loans • perform collection activities on delinquent accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience • a university / college degree • strong technical skills • understanding of commercial real estate loan documents • aptitude for customer service • skilled at reading and interpreting loan documents • high attention to detail • ability to manage multiple tasks • ability to work on multiple deadlines on a daily basis • ability to work independently and as well as with a team • strong understanding of adjustable interest rates • ability to think critically and problem solve • strong customer service skills for talking to borrowers and clients
