📋 Description

• Create Portuguese SRT subtitle files from episode audio using the AI tool provided by Pocket FM. • Combine English episode motion videos with corresponding Portuguese episode audio and synchronize audio and visuals. • Rearrange English source visuals where needed to support the Portuguese story. • Add Portuguese subtitles to completed motion videos and submit episodes for quality control review. • Generate Portuguese SRT subtitle files for stills episodes. • Use English image sheets, Portuguese audio, and SRT files in the Client-designated AI tool to generate final stills videos. • Review stills videos for readable subtitles and alignment with Portuguese audio. • Submit completed episodes for quality control review, address feedback, and resubmit until final approval. • Collaborate with the content team and stakeholders on source materials, story alignment, feedback, and delivery requirements. • Follow content standards and production guidelines. • Manage assigned episodes and communicate progress, delivery status, and blockers to the reporting manager. • Deliver polished videos within agreed production timelines. • Use Client-provided AI tools and adopt new tools, templates, and production processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in professional video-editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or an equivalent tool. • Experience editing narrative video content and synchronizing visuals accurately to an audio track. • Working knowledge of subtitle creation and SRT files, including timing, readability, and placement. • Familiarity with AI-assisted video, image, or subtitle-generation tools and willingness to use Client-designated tools. • Strong understanding of visual continuity, pacing, and story-driven editing. • Strong storytelling instinct and ability to make visual decisions that support a narrative. • High attention to detail, particularly for audio synchronization, subtitle accuracy, and continuity. • Ability to manage multiple assigned episodes and meet production deadlines. • Collaborative mindset with ability to receive, interpret, and act on QC feedback. • Reliable communication and proactive approach to resolving production issues. • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. • Working knowledge of English to review English source videos and image sheets. • Understanding of Brazil content market and audience preferences preferred.
