📋 Description

• Own Pod Network's product surfaces, including trading interfaces, explorers, onboarding, wallets, leaderboards, dashboards, and homepages, from first idea through launch • Talk to traders, learn how they use the product, and decide what is worth building • Prototype quickly using AI tools, no-code, or rough builds • Set design direction through initial mockups, inspiration, and references • Provide the external design team with a strong starting point and push work to higher quality • Make small codebase changes, try things out, and tweak the user experience • Identify and fix or flag product rough edges • Collaborate with protocol and backend engineers on API and SDK needs • Set the standard for product quality at Pod Network

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product sense; ability to take a vague problem, determine user needs, and decide what to build • Ability to produce initial mockups and clear design direction and collaborate with designers to improve quality • Comfort working in a codebase and prototyping or making small changes • Some familiarity with TypeScript and React helps • Understanding of trading products and how people use them • AI-native use of AI tools across research, prototyping, design, and code • Track record of shipping real products used by real people • Nice to have: experience building trading or financial apps, especially with live data • Nice to have: crypto or DeFi experience • Nice to have: product management experience
