📋 Description

• Secure and manage diversified funding sources for DCT and prevention programs, focusing on generating $750,000 to $1,000,000 in new annual funding. • Lead state strategy for the adoption, funding, and expansion of evidence-based prevention strategies. • Lead strategic growth and implementation of Direct Cash Transfer (DCT) and Targeted Housing Assistance initiatives. • Build and manage deep cross-sector partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders. • Act as the primary relationship manager for communities implementing DCT programs. • Lead program development from concept to execution, including performance measurement and sustainability. • Develop and maintain rigorous outcome tracking and evaluation frameworks. • Write and lead major grant proposals and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in youth homelessness, housing justice, public policy, philanthropy, or systems change. • Proven success launching and expanding programs at the city, county, or state level. • Deep understanding of the policy, funding, and practice landscapes in Los Angeles and California related to housing, homelessness prevention, and youth systems. • Strong track record in fundraising and resource development, including securing public and philanthropic funds at or above the $750,000 level. • Exceptional relationship-building skills and political acumen. • Clear, confident, and adaptive communication skills. • Experience facilitating collaborative learning spaces such as webinars, convenings, or communities of practice. • Fluent in the principles of racial equity, youth-led work, and harm reduction. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Proficiency in using project management tools, CRM software, and budgeting tools. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%.
