📋 Description

• Architect, deploy, and manage highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform and Google Kubernetes Engine • Maintain and scale declarative infrastructure using Terraform across a multi-hundred-file estate • Enforce GitOps workflows with Atlantis • Build, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD • Manage enterprise networking perimeters, Istio service mesh architectures, and Kong API Gateways • Implement telemetry, log aggregation, and alerting for high availability and fast incident response • Enforce security controls including VPC-SC, IAM, and Organization Policies • Manage identity and secrets storage and maintain SOC2 compliance standards • Participate in the operational on-call rotation • Lead DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, release management, and production reliability, scalability, and security

🎯 Requirements

• Senior/Lead-level experience operating production workloads on GCP and GKE • Deep knowledge of GCP and Kubernetes, including cluster topology, Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD • Expert-level Terraform skills • Extensive experience running GitOps workflows at scale via Atlantis • Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining multi-stage automated deployment pipelines • High proficiency with Istio, including VirtualServices, mTLS, and sidecar injection • Experience with Kong API Gateway • Hands-on experience with Auth0, Dex, ESO, SOPS, VPC-SC, and IAM • Operational experience with Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), BigQuery, Elasticsearch, or ClickHouse • At least upper-intermediate spoken and written English • Preferred: Ansible experience • Preferred: GCP Professional Cloud Architect, GCP Professional Security Engineer, CKA, or CKS certification • Preferred: Loki, Grafana, or ClickHouse telemetry and monitoring experience
