📋 Description

• Create content aligned with current trends and industry best practices • Manage content calendars to ensure posts go out consistently and on time • Collaborate with leadership to align content with brand messages and marketing goals • Set up and manage website domains, business emails, text messaging, and Google profiles • Maintain marketing automations and workflows • Edit videos with cuts, transitions, audio overlays, cinematic inserts, and other brand-aligned edits • Create short-form reels for Instagram and TikTok • Assist with editing long-form podcast and YouTube videos • Create eye-catching thumbnails • Send connection requests and manage social media comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement • Maintain and segment the contact database and email lists • Manage customized CRM workflows and track leads in real time • Automate follow-ups and sync CRM tools • Monitor KPIs and refine campaigns, workflows, and funnels for measurable ROI • Generate reports and analytics on content, email, and campaign performance • Monitor paid media metrics including CPM, CPL, leads generated, and CPA • Monitor pipelines and opportunities and move leads through stages • Achieve 100% on-time content publication • Minimize response time to audience engagements and inquiries • Increase social media engagement, audience growth, and lead generation • Provide consistent and accurate marketing performance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in using video editing tools like Capcut, Descript, Davinci Resolve • Ability to edit graphics using tools like Canva and Photoshop • Proficient in using CRMs like Active Campaign, GoHighLevel and Clickfunnels • Experience in Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive, Docs, Sheets) • Experience in Microsoft Office Workspace • Understand the algorithm of different social media platforms • Prior experience managing social media and content of personality-driven businesses
