📋 Description

• Be a reference/expert in one or more platforms for the team • Assist with onboarding new team members, ensuring the team's technical growth and maturity • Create internal training programs to upskill the team • Propose tools and techniques to optimize the team's work processes • Act as a mentor to the team and provide individual guidance to each professional • Ensure that processes and standards are being applied across projects • Ensure the technical quality of the deliverables produced in projects • Define the architecture and technical design of software solutions in projects • Propose viable and cost-effective alternatives to complete projects • Anticipate and resolve issues during projects • Know, establish and promote software development principles and best practices, especially on the platforms used by iProcess • Research new platforms and technologies • Create and oversee updates to standards, libraries and reusable components • Communicate with clients, the team and the project manager • Develop the more complex features in projects • Perform peer code reviews • Convey the team's needs to company management • Assess client needs and recommend which technologies should be used, also defining the components to be adopted in projects • Be able to choose among the various technologies we work with - Vendor Matrix (IBM / Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Microsoft) vs Technologies (RPA / Artificial Intelligence / Capture / Workflow / Dashboards / Process Mining / BRMS) • Estimate projects and act as a technical reference for pre-sales estimates • Present at internal and external technical events • Regularly participate in project development activities • Robotize/automate processes using RPA platforms • Automate processes using BPM platforms • Map processes and tasks for automation • Perform software testing • Validate processes with end users • Deploy processes to production and provide assisted operation/support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT preferred • Good English (spoken and written) • Strong knowledge of software engineering • Strong command of logic and programming paradigms • Proficient in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML) • Proficient in Web Services (SOAP, REST, RESTful APIs, etc.) • Excellent knowledge of software architecture and architecture/design patterns (design patterns) • Good knowledge of databases • Excellent knowledge of unit testing and integration testing techniques • Proficient in configuration management, code versioning and supporting tools (Git) • Good knowledge of continuous integration • Good knowledge of agile methodologies • Good knowledge of infrastructure
