📋 Description

• As a Staff Project Manager at Polly, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations, driving cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. • You will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers and technology partners, ensuring successful adoption of Polly’s solutions through meticulous planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. • Does this sound like you? 🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of program / project management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level implementations. • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and implementation methodologies; proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project or equivalent. • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is highly desirable. • Certifications: PMP or demonstrated success delivering complex, transformational technical programs in financial services. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inform and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
